Returns Policy for One-Off Artworks
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns on one-off artworks within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kdbfineartstudio@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the artwork arrived damaged.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork.
- If the artwork meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and location country.
5. Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for one-off artworks. If you would like to purchase a different artwork, please place a new order on our website.
6. Exceptions:
- Custom-made or commissioned artworks are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or discounted items may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
